Tour the first Jeremiah Community prototype home on Sept. 13!
For eight years, our downtown churches have prayed for a permanent, supportive home for our unhoused neighbors—the vision we call Jeremiah Community. The moment is here!
A prototype for the first Jeremiah Community home will be built over 72 hours in September on the campus of the Oberle Academy. Micah is working with Atlantic Builders, along with trade partners, HomeAid National Capital Region and students in Oberle's Career and Technical Education program, on the home, which will be built Sept. 8-10.
YOU are invited to come tour the prototype and learn more about Jeremiah Community—which will officially break ground later this year.
Micah will hold an open house on Sunday, Sept. 13, from 10:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., at the prototype site at 404 Willis St., Fredericksburg, VA, 22401.
