Hey there fellow MINIacs!! As we get settled into the new location, the day for our open house soon approaches. This event is for anyone and everyone to come checkout our new location, mingle with fellow MINI owners, eat some food, and view our inventory at your leisure. There will be a small Chinese auction and merch available as well.
The event will be on Oct 18th, starting at noon and going until 5pm. There is a large parking lot and there is plenty of property to park on that I will have roped off as well. This event is free, and we will have hamburgers, hotdogs, and local Italian sausages that will be cooked up on the grille. Several sides will be available as well.
Chinese auction will have a few baskets and gift certificates for Willmek Autoparts. We are currently still seeking out donations for some of these baskets, so if you or a business you know may be interested, have them reach out to us! All proceeds from this auction will be donated to Angels for Animals, which is a local animal shelter. We love the animals here at Willmek! :)
Any purchases made while onsite for the Open House will be 20% off. If there are parts on cars that you want, they will not be pulled that day, but you will still get the 20% off. We accept cash or Paypal. We are currently still working on a POS system. You may come back another day to pick them up or we can happily ship them to you. The goal is to focus on you guys (the customers) rather than disassembling cars. This event is a huge thank you for everything that you guys have helped us achieve throughout the years. This would not be possible without any of you!
Shirts will be available for purchase. We will be placing a shirt order before this event. If you plan to buy a shirt, let us know so we can make sure we have your size and set it aside for you! There are also hoodies available as well.
