A Space for Healing, Choice, and Hope - Please join us for a slow, gentle, and welcoming Saturday morning at Timshel, where you can explore our healing space, meet the therapists, and experience a calm, nourishing environment designed to support your well-being.
What to Expect:
- Welcoming presence where you can come and go as you please
- A cozy space to browse our therapy rooms and what we have to offer the community
- Light refreshments: coffee, water, pastries, and fruit
- Opportunities to meet our therapists and learn about our somatic and trauma-informed approaches
