• Hands On > Safety Shoes Required - In order to participate in any hands on training in our lab - closed toe shoes are REQUIRED

FULL CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Vitodens 100 B1HE/B1KE | Vitodens 200 B2HE

- Annual Service / Maintenance

This class is for licensed contractors or service technicians that are beginning to or have been working with the Vitodens 100 B1HE/B1KE. This class will cover detailed information of annual service and maintenance requirements, control navigation, basic troubleshooting and how to utilize the Viessmann One Base Digital Tools for remote monitoring. There will be hands on demonstrations/exercises for boiler servicing, control navigation and troubleshooting diagnosis. Prior experience with condensing boiler installations or service is required.

Vitocal 100 AW Heat Pump Product Overview:

This portion of the training will take you through a 60 minute presentation on our NEW Vitocal 100 AW Heat Pump that Viessmann launched this year! During this presentation you will learning the key features and benefits of the Vitocal 100 AW-AM2V including the built - in benefits of the indoor until and identify the installation advantages including common applications!
