Liverpool & West Lancs. 'O' Gauge Group will be holding a general OPEN DAY for those interested in O-gauge railway modelling, at its Bootle clubrooms on Sat. 16th November from 10-4. (Suggested last admission at 3). PLEASE NOTE: The 'pin' shown on the map for Bootle in FaceBook is NOT the actual location! Visitors are recommended to read the (very!) detailed driving maps and public transport info. page on our website, if unfamiliar with the area. There should also be some small demo 'planks' from the Merseyside Area Group of MERG (the Model Electronic Railway Group, which meets at Lawlogg), showing cheap and cheerful applications of electronics and computing to help control model railways. Light refreshments available. NOTE: Because of safeguarding requirements, under 18s (and 'vulnerable adults') MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian/carer.
