In celebration of 6 years that Emma has ran the studio, we’ve decided to host a day of free yoga classes!These taster sessions are a great insight into different styles of yoga, with different teachers at our beautiful award wining yoga studio.

All classes are suitable for total beginners except Pam’s 10am class which is more suited to those who have practiced yoga before.
