Open day at the 3M BIC

We are opening our doors on the 16 October for those that are looking for office or lab space in Huddersfield or West Yorkshire.

Get the opportunity to see our available space, look around our meeting and event space, explore Innovation Avenue that houses technology to support product development and meet the 3M BIC team.

We have several available offices and lab spaces, including:

• Small to medium offices (accommodating from 2 – 6 people)

• Small labs

• Office/ lab combos

Situated close to the University of Huddersfield, we are ideally located for those wanting a central location in Huddersfield with access to major motorway, bus and rail links.

This is an exciting time to be a part of the 3M BIC with a new Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre set to open on the University’s new National Health Innovation Campus late 2025.
