If you’re keen to improve your golf game through practical strength, mobility, and conditioning exercises, this Open Gym Day is the perfect place to start. Experience how a usual GOLFPREP class goes and how it can help you feel the best on and off the course.

7:45 am – Arrival and Facility Walkthrough
Get settled in and take a quick tour of our gym space. Our team will be on hand to show you around and answer any initial questions.
8:00 am – Beginner GOLFPREP Class
Experience a short, golf-focused workout session led by Luke. Learn exercises aimed at improving mobility, strength, and stability to help you play your best game.
8:45 am – Q&A Session with Luke
Have a chat with Luke, ask your questions about training, injury prevention, or any other topic to help your golf performance.
9:00 am – Special Offers, Club Head Speed Testing and Event Wrap-Up
Take advantage of exclusive membership deals available only on our Open Day. If you're interested in finding out what your Club Head Speed is, we'll have a PRGR Portable Launch Monitor set up for you to use so please bring a few of your clubs! We’ll wrap up with final announcements and make sure you leave with the info you need to continue your fitness journey.
