Fenimore Farm and Country Village is excited to announce auditions for ” Dickens Nights,” an immersive experience that’s part of our December Glimmer Nights light show. All roles (with the exception of the lead) are open and come with a small stipend! Everyone is welcome to audition no matter your age, gender, or prior experience level! This event will feature scenes from Dickens’ famous holiday novella performed on Bump Tavern’s Balcony, costumed characters interacting in-person with visitors throughout the historic village, Christmas caroling, and more!
Rehearsals will be low-commitment and take place over just a few weeks, from November 15 to December 4, with a break around the Thanksgiving holiday. Line memorization will also not be extensive. Performances will be on the evenings of Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6. All performing actors will receive a stipend of $100. All roles are currently open with the exception of the lead.
