OPEN ART STUDIO

Join us on Monday, October 27th for an OPEN ART STUDIO at Compass Point, home of Dirty Girl Adventures!

We offer 3 creative options that we hope will help you nurture your Creative Nature.

The 3 projects this month are:

1. Linocut block printing - you will create a design and carve it into a soft block to use for printing cards, tags, gift paper, etc. See the examples from last class in the photos below. If you are thinking of this project, it will help you if you look up examples of linocut ideas on Pinterest.
2. Watercolor painting - paint a landscape, abstracts, or bookmarks.
3. We also always have the option of the Pressed Flower Glass Lanterns! These are fun and easy to make, and they're fun to use as fall decor! Example photos below.

We will have all the supplies for each of these available for your use. Denise will be on hand to provide guidance and basic instruction as needed. This is an opportunity to practice your creativity and build your skills in a positive and supportive environment.

ALL SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED. WALK-INS WELCOME.

COST FOR USE OF DGA SUPPLIES: $25

BRING YOUR OWN PROJECT: $10

You are also welcome to bring your own supplies and projects- any type of project is welcome. We will be happy to support and provide suggestions and technical instruction as needed for your project. You are welcome to bring ANY PROJECT to work on, not just those that we have available.

We will have supplies on hand that you can purchase to supplement your own project.
