Young artists will design a bowl filled with chile peppers, marigolds, and sugar skulls—symbols rich in Hispanic culture and celebration. Along the way, they will:
Mix primary colors to discover secondary colors
Practice shading techniques to add value and dimension
Explore how everyday objects can become works of art through color, pattern, and symbolism. This hands-on experience honors cultural traditions while teaching essential art-making skills in an engaging, kid-friendly way. Families are invited to celebrate heritage, creativity, and community through this joyful art lesson.
