About this Event

Join FQHC Nurse Leader colleagues for a chance to network, share achievements and challenges, and hear how nurse leaders are addressing unique FQHC concerns.

We will be meeting at Mosaic Community Health – Conners Health Center in Bend, Oregon. Lodging and accommodation needs are at your health center's discretion. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

The entrance to Conners Health Center is at the back of the Legacy Landing Apartment building on Tucson Way, via the driveway on Conners Avenue, see photo below.
