Yes !! We are coming back to Birmingham !! The OPA OPA Party has now turned into a GREEK DAYTIME FESTIVAL hosted once again at the incredible Hockley Social Club, but this time for a combined END OF SUMMER SPECIAL and CYPRUS INDEPENDENCE DAY celebration !!

Back by popular demand, and confirmed to perform!

We are so excited once again to celebrate Greek and Cypriot culture, for the return of OPA OPA to Birmingham.

This won't just be a daytime party—it’s a huge festival celebration !

'OPA OPA' is fast becoming the hot spot for Greek culture in the UK. For the last 18 months, pur DJs and Live Musicians have been creating a reputation for creating the perfect ambience , paying homage to Greek classics, but playing all the modern anthems too!

Expect a Live BOUZOUKI and VOCAL performance from the extraordinary musician MIXALIS THEODOSIOU, an exclusive DJ & Percussion set from legendary UK Producer and DJ MIKE DELINQUENT, a festival-style location, PLATE SMASHING, FLOWER THROWING, and to top things off, the most indulgent FOOD on site and the craziest FESTIVAL PARTY till 8pm with all the biggest GREEK ANTHEMS !!

We love our Greek Dancing too!! Whether it's the Zeimbekiko, Tsifdedeli, 'Ta Nisiotika' or the Hasabiko, the floor is ready for you! It is a community vibe at OPA OPA, where we all look out for each other whether you have been to one of our events before or not. Everyone is welcome and we are inclusive.

'OPA OPA' is THE spot for the complete Greek experience. It's not just a standard Greek Night ; it's a full experience, drawing on traditional values but with modern ethics! It's that little taste of an escape to Greece, Cyprus or any Greek island that you desire, but close by to Birmingham's town centre !

Public Car Park directly opposite the venue, and residentially.

This is a family friendly event. There are no age restrictions, but please be aware, there will be a party atmosphere and a sound system at the venue. If your child is Autistic, Neuro-Divergent or suffers from sensory-processing-overload, we recommend that you bring ear defenders. The music begins at a more gentle volume and is then increased when our live musicians begin the entertainment.

Info: We party throughout the day and into the evening !! At 'OPA OPA' we carefully select the best DJs and performers, whose knowledge of Greek music is second to none. There will be Live Music, Greek Dancing, Flower Throwing, and we create space for the magical Plate Smashing moment too. Expect Greek anthems all day and a great deal of fun as we celebrate Greek culture till 8pm !
