Muay Thai sparring hosted by ANTDAWGS MMA in Gilroy, CA.

The goal of this event is to unite with other dads in the Muay Thai community and have a fun, friendly, and SAFE, sparring session. This will give us an opportunity to network, exchange our knowledge and bond over Muay Thai and Dad life.

NO EGOS! This is not a tournament.

Rules: Treat everyone with respect. No hard sparring. Focus on speed and combos. Make contact but remember this is not real fight. Check your emotions at the door.

Equipment: Please bring all your gear! This event is for technical Muay Thai sparring. Headgear, elbow pads, knee pads, shin guards, mouth guard and a cup (unless you don't plan on having more kids).
