Starting time will be agreed with the students.
You will learn everything you need to know about Pasta Making and so much more!
You'll go back home and will want to get yourself a Pasta machine because handmade Pasta is phenomenal! You won't only make a recipe but you will understand what you are doing and why, this will change your approach to your everyday cooking!
We will end the class by tasting my Pasta, YUM, and take home what you have produced to share and show off with your family! ;)

Truly wonderful session learning how to make pasta. Orsola is lovely lady/chef who shared her knowledge and techniques.
Tasted the pasta and sauce at class before cooking at home. Very tasty and don’t think I’ll ever enjoy shop bought pasta again. Would highly recommend and will definitely be attending more classes.

I would give Orsola a thousand stars if I could. She catered for our wedding and everything was just perfect. From the initial phone call where we developed a brief with her for the food, she instantly made us feel at ease and we knew we were in safe hands. We had an Italian style feast and our guests absolutely LOVED it, and it was all so beautifully presented (my husband and I are both designers so this was an added bonus!)
Orsola is the most lovely woman and was our favourite supplier from the whole wedding. And it was also incredible value. <3 we will be forever grateful.
If you are thinking of hiring Orsola for your event - DO IT! :)

Orsola’s class was great!
From enquiring to even after the course she was always just a WhatsApp away for any questions we had!
The class itself was really informative and interesting and the food was delicious!!
If you are looking for a fun class while learning some culinary gems, I would highly recommend!
