A 5-week series for people who are tired of just getting through the day and want to actually feel different.
This is for you if you are ready to go from feeling overwhelmed, reactive, tense, disconnected, or hard on yourself… to feeling a little steadier, a little clearer, and a little more like yourself again. Not perfect, not magically healed. Just more able to meet your life without feeling like every hard moment takes over.
Over 5 weeks, we will explore simple, body-based tools that help you understand what is happening inside of you and what to do with it.
You will begin to recognize your stress signals before they completely take over. Learning practices using your breath, your senses, your attention, and gentle movement to help your body settle. You will discover how to work with overwhelm and how to begin to release those feelings. We will talk about why rest can feel hard, why slowing down can sometimes feel uncomfortable, and how to make stillness feel safer. We will also look at why activation is healthy and needed! Then we bring it all together by softening the inner critic and build a more supportive relationship with yourself.
Each week includes teaching, somatic practices, reflection, and real conversation.
This is not about pretending life is easy. It is about learning how to come back to yourself when life is a lot.
How it works:
We meet live on Zoom once a week for 75 minutes, Mondays at 8pm.
You will receive the recordings, simple practices to use between sessions, and a workbook to help you bring this into your real life.
Week 1: Listen
Notice your body’s signals and begin to recognize your own stress patterns.
Week 2: Anchor
Practice simple ways to ground yourself using your breath, senses, body, and surroundings.
Week 3: Unload
Explore how to move through built-up stress without pushing yourself into more overwhelm.
Week 4: Soften
Understand why rest can feel hard, why slowing down can feel uncomfortable, and how to make stillness feel safer. Learn how activation can be healthy, it just gets a bad rap.
Week 5: Integrate
Bring these tools into your everyday life, especially when shame, self-criticism, or old patterns show up.
