Online Art Group for Teens

This is a regular event offered by licensed therapist Roya Dedeaux.

This event is a creative process art workshop. It is all virtual. I provide engaging and interesting prompts and exercises designed to help you process inner work and express yourself. No art experience necessary, and no pressure to share anything you create. You don't even need any fancy supplies - we can work with what you've got! Lots of teens use digital art, many use tactile - you're welcome to mix it up!

This group is a good fit for you if you are stressed, know you need more self-care, if you miss having more community, and just need an hour to do something good for you each week.

It's ESPECIALLY good for you if you're a teenager who wants more social time and more art time, but you're nervous about doing in-person stuff. You NEVER need to be on camera or speak or share in ths group if you don't want to!

It's a VERY inclusive group - the majority of the teens identify as LGBTQIA+ and are some of the most supportive humans I've ever met.

It's hard to describe the powerful impact it has, but everyone leaves talking about how glad they are that they attended that day!
