We'll explore Marriage of Heaven and Earth Qigong, a gentle, accessible sequence that supports joint mobility, reduces stress, and helps calm the nervous system. Throughout the day, I'll also share insights from Chinese medicine to help you understand how these movements support healing—not just how to do them.
