One One Five REUNION: A Tribute to Marco Christian & The essence of @115. For those new to the legacy. @115( as it was originally called ) was founded by Paulo Alvez, Octave and our late brother and fallen Hero Marco Christian. @115 opened its doors in 2001 and quickly became an institution. This iconic venue was more than just a club - it was a church, a home, a sanctuary, a movement, and a heartbeat in the fabric of Johannesburg. Many labeled it the university of deep house for music lovers and DJs alike. Beats became prophecies, strangers became family, and music transcended time. We built friendships and legacies, united by the pulsing rhythms of deep house. This was a place where "it's so nice to see you" was more than just a greeting - it was a genuine connection.
This reunion is a tribute to Marco Christian Da Costa, a trusted friend to many, a master DJ, and part-owner of @115. Marco was a pioneer, brother, and maestro of the decks. He's passion and energy will continue to inspire us. His legacy extends far beyond the music which came to life with his unwavering devotion as father to his beautiful daughter Stella.
On The 26th April we come together to remember Marco and pay homage to his legacy and all that he stood and danced for. Lets reconnect, celebrate and Give Thanks.
All proceeds from this event will go towards a fund to support Stella.
We invite you to join us in showing appreciation for Marco's contributions to the music scene and all those he touched. Your support will make a significant difference.
To all deep house heads, music lovers, and the @115 family, this reunion will be a homecoming.
