After arrival, the session begins with a warm-up. This will align and center around a central theme for the time. Progressing through a series of electric breathing exercises, grounding and igniting the core and energy points. Your body will move through a set of focused, restorative poses, coupled with ecstatic breath, that will challenge and push you to your higher self!
