Come join us in an exquisitely held safe space where our bodies are moved individually and collectively, as One, in a way that invites and supports all of who you are—your vulnerable tender child, holy contemplative hermit and wild primal spirit animal. And, if you’re a highly sensitive person who longs for a dance that includes stillness and silence as well as moving, grooving, and peaking, this is for you!
Announcements
October 12th: The parking lot will be very busy due to an event at the Avalon. Parking is available on side streets but not in the lots of the businesses behind the Avalon.
You may also park in the Naropa University parking lot across the street (2130 Arapahoe Ave).
Save the date: Potluck at Suzanne's on October 19th.
New Wednesday Dance 2nd and 4th of every month. Starts 10/9. Same time and location: 10:15-12:15 @ Avalon Sodal Hall.

Hello Sweet Dancing Friends…
Welcome to October. There is a chill in the air (some days) 😂 and the beautiful bright colors of change in our trees. This month we invite contemplation of the bountiful HARVEST. What have you planted, tended to, and loved into existence? Now is the time to sit, reflect, and make choices. What are we keeping and what are we tossing into the compost?

We dance every Saturday 10:15 am - 12:15 pm
10:15 am: Doors open with arrival music
10:30 am: Dance Journey begins
12:00 pm: Dance Journey ends, Closing Circle begins
12:15 pm: Closing Circle completion

We dance in Sodal Hall which is located past the ballroom, through the double doors, and the first dance space on the right.
Cost:
$10 to $22 cash or Venmo @Tara-MacKeigan
Pay what you can at the door or in advance. No need to pre-register. Just show up. You can use the following QR code with your phone's camera to go directly to Venmo for payment.
