We are delighted to also have guest Dj , Chafik playing for us for the first time. Chafik is a Tunisian DJ based in Manchester who explores avant-garde sonic perspectives while paying a homage to his North African roots.
His musical practice breaks the boundaries between different types of genres; from Afro and Dabka to House, electro and Techno as well as other percussive influences from the SWANA Region (South West Asia and North Africa). This unapologetic collision and sonic blend generates a fiery whirlwind - one that is ready to embrace the dance floors through an irresistible energy.
