One-to-one meetings with the RCA in Rome

You’re invited to meet Dr Spyros Bofylatos (Tutor Research on Design Products MA) and Charlie Smith (Events and Recruitment Officer) in Rome for an in-person conversation about studying at the RCA.

Tuesday 7 October, 5-7pm

Series of one-to-one meetings with Dr Spyros Bofylatos (Tutor Research on Design Products MA). This is a great opporuntity to ask personalised questions and bring your portfolio for review.

Please only book 1 session per person to allow other the opportunity. If we see you have booked two sessions then we may cancel your booking in order to free up the space.

You don't have to specialise in any discipline to attend this event: we welcome guests planning to apply to all subject areas.

Due to the postgraduate nature of RCA study, all attendees must be over 18.

(Tutor Reserach on ) - Spyros is a design researcher and educator. His research looks at how research-through-design can comprehend how we can transition towards sustainability.

Dr Spyros Bofylatos is a Tutor (Research) in the Design Products MA and an executive director of the European Academy of Design. He has worked in various research projects dealing with design as an agent of change. His research sprawls around design for sustainability, craft, material driven design and social innovation. He has more than a decade of experience in design education and creative facilitation having taught in Greece, India, Germany, Portugal and the UK.

We are continually adding to our diverse programme of events: conversations on key topics such as funding advice and portfolio development, symposia, exhibitions, open days and more. Many are free and open to the public.
