One Pot Meals

Registration is $18 for all 3 sessions. Each week will be vegetarian-friendly or have a vegetarian-friendly option. This program is intended for teens & adults.

Menu:

Week 1: Pasta & Noodles (Zucchini & Feta and/or Zucchini & Lemon Orzo, Yaki Udon)

Week 2: Legumes & Pulses (Mujadara, Chana Masala and/or Red Kidney Beans with Tomato Tamarind Sauce)

Week 3: Rice Dishes (Kimchi Fried Rice or Bibimbap-inspired Bowl, Hainanese Chicken & Rice)

The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions.

We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite. Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
