One Piece Sealed events consist of 6 booster packs given to each player during a deck-building phase of the tournament. Each player brings 10 DON!!, and may either utilize the leader card given as part of entry, a leader card pulled from one of the packs, or a leader they bring from home.
After opening 6 packs, players build a 40-card deck, and a 10 DON!! card deck. Players can ignore the normal deck building color restrictions based on your leader and can include cards of any color in your deck. There are no banned or restricted cards, and players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. Cards left over from deck construction are considered sideboard cards.
After deck construction , players will participate in a 3 round tournament. Each round you win, you win a pack of OP-17 as a prize!
Participation promos go out to every player during the first round, and the winner gets a winner stamped card!
