ONE NIGHT. ONE WINEMAKER. THIRTY SEATS.
Chapter One | Fearon Wines 🍷
This spring, we’re launching something new at Mojo’s.
One Night. One Winemaker. Thirty Seats. is the first chapter in what we hope will become a new Mojo’s tradition — an intimate dinner series celebrating the people, produce and wines of our Geographe Wine Region.
And we couldn’t think of a better way to begin than with Tim Fearon and Rachel Cryer of Fearon Wines.
Before establishing Fearon Wines, Tim spent nine years working at Vasse Felix in Margaret River, building his experience at one of Western Australia’s best-known wineries. He later left the estate for the Ferguson Valley, where he and Rachel established their own independent label, Fearon Wines.
Recently recognised as a finalist in the Young Gun of Wine Awards, Tim is now gaining national attention for wines that beautifully reflect the vineyards, seasons and character of the Ferguson Valley and Geographe region.
Throughout the evening, Tim will take us behind the wines — sharing the stories of the vineyard, the vintages and the journey behind Fearon Wines as we taste them together.
THE DINNER
Our Mojo’s kitchen will create a four-course spring menu, with three courses thoughtfully paired with Fearon Wines.
And the local story doesn’t stop at the wine.
Two of the four courses will feature Marigold Lamb, raised in the beautiful Preston Valley near Donnybrook — bringing together local wine and produce for one very special spring evening.
This isn’t designed to be a large, traditional wine dinner.
There are only 30 seats at the table, giving guests the opportunity to spend the evening with the winemaker, ask questions, hear the stories behind the bottles and enjoy the wines in a much more personal setting.
