ONE MORE MILE is back!Travis Taylor: vocals, rhythm guitar, harmonica,
Nick Kipridis: vocals, lead guitar,
Michael Winter: bass guitar,
Chris Soole: saxophone,
Mario Marino: drums.
They return to The Semaphore Worker's Club to launch their latest CD - 6 years after recording in California with blues legends, Al Blake (vocals, harmonica) and Fred Kaplan (piano, organ) of The Hollywood Fats Band.
Fred also produced the sessions which resulted in two CDs.
The first volume is to be released February 2025 being launched at the Semaphore Workers Club.
This is a work of passion and perseverance.
After recording, the pandemic saw the music industry worldwide completely shut down for 2 years, this was followed by a litany of problems: stolen masters, divorce, death, deafness, blindness, tinnitus touched all involved.
Finally, 6 years later, 23rd February 2025 will see ONE MORE MILE with Al Blake and Fred Kaplan release Volume 1 : THE HOLLYWOOD CONNECTION.
