The 7th Annual One Mile an Hour - 24 is a free 24-hour non-competitive event where participants run or walk one mile at the top of each hour. It's not necessary to complete all 24. Participants can do as many or as few as they wish. Donations, t-shirt sales and mile sponsorships help raise funds for suicide prevention training and programs administered by the Mental Health Association in Delaware. Questions?
