The One Love Topeka Drum Tribe is a welcoming, inclusive community drum circle where all are invited to connect through rhythm, healing, and joy. Each Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, starting on February 28th, 2026, join us at Artismo Gallery & Bistro in the heart of the NOTO Arts District for a transformative experience that fosters unity and emotional well-being through the power of community drumming.This drum circle is perfect for everyone, whether you are an experienced drummer or a complete beginner. No prior drumming experience is required—just bring your favorite drum and an open heart! Drumming has been shown to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, boost creativity, and promote physical health by getting in the flow state, releasing tension, and increasing circulation. The rhythmic connection we create together offers a space for mindfulness, emotional release, and collective healing.
During a portion of the sessions we will host guest drummers who will teach various drumming techniques, from traditional rhythms to contemporary styles, giving you a chance to learn and expand your skills. These guest instructors will share their expertise, helping participants deepen their understanding of drumming and its powerful benefits. Whether you're seeking to improve your rhythm or simply enjoy the therapeutic effects of the drum, you'll find inspiration, encouragement, and fun in every session.
