Since 1986, Eric Cotton has been a powerhouse in California's music scene, known for his dynamic stage presence, passion for reggae and ska, and unforgettable performances.
In the late '80s and '90s, Eric led Rock Steady Posse, a Central Coast favorite, releasing reggae classics like Rhymin' and Skankin' (1990) and Fundamentals (1994).
Eric is also the frontman for The Upside Ska, a high-energy ska band, and The Cheeseballs, San Francisco's premier show band renowned for their electrifying
Eric's latest project, Eric Cotton and One Love Bomb, channels his Cali reggae roots with members of Rock Steady Posse, Cardiff Reefers, and Militia of Love. Together with Robert Melendez, Greg Ichikawa, and Efrain Cantu, Eric continues to keep California reggae alive while exploring new horizons.
