One Hour – One Intention with Sound Healing
Join us for a FREE transformative experience of unity and tranquility.
This community gathering is designed to help you find peace within yourself and then extend that peace to the world around you. Join others to amplify the vibration of peace and send it out to the whole planet.

Yoga of the Mind at South Broadway Christian Church

(Free parking is available in the church parking lot to the north of the main building and on the street.)

David Stevens of Yoga of the Mind will lead the group in Sound Healing of the Chakras using crystal bowls and toning. (Spoiler alert: it's deeply relaxing!)
Jen Tomas of Silver Owl Healing Arts will lead the group in a focused silent meditation/time of reflection accompanied by Koshi chime and 528hz tuning fork (love and heart chakra frequency). The sound is gentle and will not disrupt your meditation/quiet time.
We will end with optional sharing from the participants and a closing circle.
Bring your open heart and anything you need to be comfortable as we embark on this journey together.
Chairs will be provided.
No prior meditation experience necessary.
