☕ Walk & Talk – Join Us at Black Swan Lake 🦢Join the Lovable Lakelands team for a morning of connection, conversation, and community spirit as part of our One Foot Forward walk for mental health this October.

🕘 Time: 9:00 AM
📍 Where: Black Swan Lake, Lakelands
We’ll start the morning with a free coffee, tea or hot chocolate and a friendly chat, then head off for a group walk around the lake. It’s a great way to get moving, meet new people, and show support for mental health awareness.
