This is a two-day tournament. For all divisions, teams are guaranteed a minimum of three pool play games and one bracket play game. The competition will begin with pool play to determine seeding for bracket play. All teams will advance from pool play. Pool play games will consist of a single game to 11 points win by 2. Each team is allowed one 1-minute timeout per game.
In bracket play, games will be a single game to 15 points win by 2. Podium matches will follow a best-of-three format, with each set played to 11 points, win by 2. During bracket and podium play, each team is permitted one 1-minute timeout per set.
Players are required to create both a Scoreholio account and a DUPR account. The DUPR account must be linked to the Scoreholio account. DUPR Scores will be submitted for all events.
A minimum of 8 teams is required to maintain a division. If there are insufficient registrations, the tournament directors reserve the right to merge divisions at their discretion.
The event is $60/team.
For the Youth Division it is $40/team and the $40 will go toward each team's t-shirt that will be worn at the tournament. This expense may be waived if we can find a sponsor to cover the shirts.

Sandbagging: Please register for the division that matches your team’s DUPR rating. For example, BOTH players on the team must have a DUPR rating of 3.0 and under to qualify for the 3.0 Under Double's tier. If you do not have a DUPR rating, we trust that you will self-rate accurately. If you are unsure, contact the tournament director for assistance in determining the appropriate division.
We reserve the right to adjust players to the correct division based on DUPR ratings and the director's discretion.

We are offering money to all divisions:
40% Goes towards operational expense
60% Payout
Of the 60% payout
1st 60%
2nd 30%
3rd 10%
Refund policy
This is an indoor tournament, so weather will not be a factor. If you need to drop out of the tournament, you must do so by Saturday April 19, 2025 at 11:50 pm to receive a full refund.
Service fees by Scoreholio app is non-refundable
