With deep respect for the drum and all Indigenous peoples, we offer this new and adapted spiritual practice envisioned for our modern times. Drums and soft percussion are provided or bring your own. Dress comfortably, breathe deeply and relax into the experience.Suitable for everyone ages 8 years and up.
No previous drumming or meditation experience required.
All religious, faith and spiritual traditions, are welcome.
