Through the amazing presence and activity of the body/mind/spirit, we will delve into a big perspective version of creativity, wisdom and ever new joy. We will use the metaphor of "being in the zone" to access what we already know and sometimes forget.
We will explore gateways into these states of being as we experience our day together.
There will be yoga sessions, reflection, sharing, some time in the silence, free time in CSE's beautiful, serene gardens and a delicious vegetarian lunch.

Bring the yoga props you usually use. There will be plenty extras, if needed.
