Nurture your wellbeing from the inside out on this one day yoga retreat in the peaceful space at Porthallow Village Hall on the beautiful Lizard Peninsula. Join myself and Emma from @heartscapeholistics as we find peace at the beach and take a break from the everyday to relax, ground and rebalance.
The day will be a mix of gentle yoga, breathwork and mindful meditation.
A light vegan lunch will be provided and there’s free parking on the beach in front of the hall.
The Retreat is suitable for anyone wishing to leave the world behind for a few hours to take a breath and reset.
Bring a mat and a blanket but we’ll have some there if you can’t.
