🧘‍♂️ 9:30-10:30 AM – Gentle Yoga practice

☕ 10:30-10:45 AM – 15-minute break (grab a coffee or matcha!)

🧘‍♀️ 10:45-12:00 PM – Yoga Nidra discussion & 60-minute guided session
