Take a pause and show yourself the love you deserve.
Join Usui Reiki Master Rhonda Giglio and Bodyflow Instructor Emilie Rawlings for a one-day retreat on letting go of judgment.
The retreat will be held on Sunday, August 17, and will include meditation instruction, breathwork, a relaxing body flow, and a healthy lunch. You will also receive your own copy of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, which we’ll refer to throughout the retreat. Enter a welcoming and comforting space where women come together to put themselves first and support one another.
When: Sunday, August 17, 8:30-2:30 pm.
Where: YWCA Cortland Wellness Room
Price and Registration: Registration is open July 14 – August 11 and costs $150 for members and not-yet members. Call or stop by the YWCA to register! Day-of Registration will be available as space allows and is $160 for members and not-yet members.
What to bring: A yoga mat, journal, and water bottle.
