One Day Retreat é um evento preparado por mim especialmente para ti, para te conectares contigo e com os outros, num sítio lindo e seguro, no Hotel Porto Mare, Funchal.É uma manhã cheia de actividades e uma tarde serena, onde podes relaxar junto à piscina ou no jardim do hotel.
Tenho organizado os meus eventos neste hotel, numa sala super acolhedora e sossegada, virada para o exterior, com vista para a piscina e para o céu. Aqui temos espaço para reunir, para conectar, para praticar yoga e muito mais.
Uma vez que em Novembro os dois “One Day Retreat” foram um sucesso, decidi organizar novamente para dar oportunidade a ti, que ainda não vieste, porque é de facto um dia maravilhoso e inesquecível, criamos memórias, histórias e, até quem sabe, novas amizades.
Mal posso esperar para partilhar este momento contigo!
É aberto a todos/as, com ou sem experiência no Yoga, homens e mulheres, são todos convidados/as!

8:30h – Prática de Yoga
9:30h Meditação Activa
10h – Pequeno Almoço Buffet
11:15h – Sharing is Caring
12:45h – Cerimónia de Cacao
14:30h – Free time (piscina, jacuzzi, relaxa)

One Day Retreat is an event prepared by me speacially for you to connect with yourself and with others, in a beautiful and safe place, at Hotel Porto Mare, in Funchal.
It’s a full morning with activities and a relaxed afternoon for you to spend at the pool or garden of the hotel.
I’ve been hosting my events at this Hotel in a super cozy and quiet room, open to the outside with fresh air, facing the pool and the sky. Here we have the space to gather, to connect, to practice yoga and much more.
The eventos in November we're a sucess, so I decided to organize it again to give you the chance to spend the day with me, because it’s such an amazing and unforgetable day, we create memories, stories and, who knows, even frindships.
I can’t wait to share this moment with all of you!
It’s open to everyone, with or without yoga experience, men and women, everybody is invited.

8:15am – Welcome!
8:30am – Yoga Practice
9:30am – Active Meditation
10am – Buffet breakfast
11:15am – Sharing is Caring
12:15pm – Cacao Ceremony
2:30pm – Free time (pool, jacuzzi, relax)
ATTENTION: I offer a discount price until the 31st of December.
Book now, pay half the price as a deposit and the balance closer to the time of the event.
