FREE Community Event
ONE DAY is a full-day festival bringing together churches, artists, athletes, and neighborhoods across Denver for 11 hours of live music, fitness, sports, food, and community — all building toward a powerful evening concert and special presentation.
Whether you come to run, compete, eat, dance, chill, or worship — there's something here for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
MORNING — MOVE
- 9:00 AM — Event opens
- 9:15 AM — Community Run/Walk (5K — walk, jog, or run at your own pace. No pressure, all paces welcome!)
- 10:00 AM — Recovery zone + cold plunges available. Hang out, socialize, and vibe to DJ Zay spinning live outside
- 10:30 AM — Kickboxing / CrossFit workout (outside)
AFTERNOON — COMPETE + EXPLORE
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Live music performances outside (rotating artists all day)
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Vendor Village open (local vendors + community booths)
- 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM — Food trucks serving (free snacks + drinks also provided all day)
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Inflatables + family activities (Kids Corner)
- 12:30 PM — Dance workout (outside)
- 2:30 PM — Football Skills Competition led by former D1 athletes (outside)
INDOOR SPORTS TOURNAMENTS (Gymnasium)
- 11:30 AM — Volleyball Tournament
- 1:30 PM — 3v3 Basketball Tournament
- 3:30 PM — Dodgeball Tournament
Activity bands required for indoor tournaments: $10/person - one band gains access to all indoor tournaments. Bring a friend — buy one, get one half off ($15 for two)! Available at registration.
EVENING — EXPERIENCE
- 4:30 PM — Concert begins in the Sanctuary — DJ Zay + Terrance (MC)
- 5:00 – 8:00 PM — Live artist performances featuring special presentations from local & national artists
ALL DAY
- Student Lounge — Free snacks, drinks, phone charging, and chill games. A low-key hangout spot all day long.
PRICING
- Event Admission: FREE
- Food Trucks: Pay what you eat (free snacks + drinks will also be available)
- Activity Bands (indoor tournaments): $10/person | BOGO half off ($15 for 2) - one band gains access to all indoor tournaments
- Everything else: Free
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Everyone. Families, athletes, foodies, creatives, students, young adults, and anyone looking for a day of good energy in Denver. This isn't one church doing its thing — it's a coalition of churches and ministries coming together to serve their city. You don't have to be part of a church to come. Just show up - we want to serve you.
