Discover the tools to thrive in your everyday life at the 2025 OCAT Community Health Education Series.As part of Memorial Healthcare System's One City at a Time (OCAT) initiative, in partnership with the City of Miramar, we invite you to join us for a series of in-person and/or online community health education events focused on a variety of topics, such as:
- Boosting your immunity
- Managing your medications
- Stress management
Free and open to the public, these community health education workshops will be held every other month and are designed to empower individuals and families with practical knowledge, tips, and resources to live healthier, more connected lives.
