One Book, One Community Young Authors' Conference 2025

The purpose of the Young Authors' Conference (YAC) is to motivate and stimulate creative writing and to provide recognition for original work.

The YAC is sponsored by One Book, One Community which includes the High Point Regional, Frankford Township, Lafayette Township, Montague and Sussex-Wantage Regional School Districts.

The One Book, One Community reads this year are This Way, Charlie by Caron Levis and Charles Santoso (K-5) and This Side of Wild by Gary Paulsen (6th grade and up) .

The YAC theme is "Young Authors: Leading the Way  "

All area students are invited to attend.

Everyone should bring original work to share. There will be books to purchase at a Scholastic Book Fair.

Please note that there will NOT be a nurse on campus the day of the conference.

Registrations placed after February 14th will not have the option to add an event t-shirt.
