Each year, we invite everyone in the community to read the same book and come together through shared reading experiences, conversations, and special events—culminating in an author visit, happening this April.
This year, we are thrilled to celebrate acclaimed Canadian author Linwood Barclay, a New York Times bestselling author whose gripping thrillers have captivated millions of readers worldwide. Barclay is the author of more than twenty novels, many of which have been adapted for film and television. Linwood is widely praised by fellow authors, including Stephen King!
Our community read for 2025 is Whistle, Barclay’s chilling new supernatural thriller.
