One Aperture Abandoned Factory Event

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in our event, the Photographers, Models and Make-Up Artists agree to adhere to the following guidelines to conduct an event organised by One Aperture.

Attendance and Cancellation Policy

1.1 All parties agree to attend the event at the designated time and location. In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation without prior notice or valid reason, the participants may be subject to a restriction on participation in future events organized by One Aperture and are not entitled to a refund or their deposit.

1.2 If you don’t follow the rules and One Aperture asks you to leave, you're not welcome at any other One Aperture events.1.3 The Models and Make-Up Artists agree to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the event for briefing and preparations. The exact time and location will be discussed before the event.

1.4 Models are required to pay a deposit fee of €20.-, which will be refunded when arriving at the shoot/event. In case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. 

1.5 If Any party wishes to bring a friend/partner to the event due to safety/transport, they need to inform One Aperture before the start of the event.

1.6 All parties and participants ensure to leave the premise/event without leaving any waste or litter. Participants are responsible for their own wrongdoing if any costs occur regarding the matter.

Consent and Photo Usage

2.1 The Photographers agree to provide the Models and Make-Up Artists with copies of their selection taken during the shoot, either digitally or in a mutually agreed format.

2.2 The Photographers shall not post or publish any photos from the shoot without obtaining the consent of the Models beforehand. The Photographers and Make-Up Artists will respect the Models' wishes regarding the selection of the photos to be used for publication.

2.3 All parties agree that the images are not to be used for commercial or paid purposes without a prior agreement.

2.4 The Models and Make-Up Artists have no rights to edit or put a filter after the finalised work has been submitted by the Photographers. The Photographers are allowed to request the Models to remove the image.

Social Media Requirements

3.1 All parties agree always to tag @one.aperture and use the hashtag #oneaperture when publishing any content related to the shoot on social media platforms.3.2 The Photographers agree to tag/mention the name of the Models and Make-Up Artists . The Models agree to tag/mention the Photographers and Make-Up Artists for any usage or post of the photos.

3.3 All parties acknowledge that One Aperture has the right to repost or share any content created during the shoot for promotional or marketing purposes, giving proper credit to all parties involved.

Inclusivity and Safe Space

4.1 All parties agree to create and maintain an inclusive and safe environment during the Shoot. This includes respecting each other's boundaries, avoiding any form of discrimination or harassment, and promoting a positive atmosphere.

4.2 Before touching the Models, the Photographers ask for permission to touch them regarding posing. 

4.3 Any concerns or issues related to inclusivity or safety should be promptly communicated to One Aperture for appropriate action.
