Join Ondas CMA for our free quarterly Community Day featuring Yoga and Afro-Brazilian Arts!
Enjoy free activities featuring Yoga and Afro-Brazilian cultural arts. Meet Enso Apothecary and Funky Town Mindful Market, local organizations at work in your community.
Gift bags will be given to the first 30 participants. We will also hold 2 free raffles for participants.
Location:
Edgewood Park
4501 E Berry St, Fort Worth, TX 76105
Schedule:
5:00pm: Class - Yoga/Mindful Movement with Enso
6:30pm: Class - Afro-Brazilian Arts with Ondas CMA
7:15pm: A presentation of Afro-Brazilian Arts (everyone can join in)
7:45pm: Raffle drawing
We will have snacks and bottled water, generously donated by local grocery stores.
A waiver will be needed to participate in movement. Save time and register through the provided link below.

Activities welcome adults and ages 6+, minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
