OnDaFarm has partnered with The Kindred Healing Center to share lots of Love, Wonderful Self-Care classes & FREE FOOD BASKETS during this Spring Equinox weekend!

We Are Giving Away FREE Food baskets along with "A Taste of Kindred" experiences! Because We Are All We Need & All We Got!

What: Free Food Baskets + Many Classes and Workshops

Where: The Kindred Healing Center1800 Jonesboro Rd SE, 4th floor Atlanta 30315

When: Friday, March 20th from 10am - 5pm

Free food from 10am-2pm (or until all Food is distributed)

Classes & Workshops from 10am - 5pm

10am - Beginners Stretch Class w/LOTUS

Noon - Sister Circle: "Eating for Different Stages of Womb Life"

3pm - QiGong w/ Sensei Sa Heq Neru

*most classes will be held in the pHrequencyATL room*

Info: You Must Register in order to Receive a Free Food Basket! We will pass out 100 bags of free food until it's gone. First come first serve but YOU MUST BE REGISTERED already to receive it!

Info: Come experience "Stretching into Spring"! A gentle stretch yoga class hosted by LOTUS of Sweet Life Gemstones. Must Register to Attend.

Info: Qigong exercises are gentle movements that combine slow moving postures and breath. These exercises are similar to Tai Chi forms, but have the advantage of isolating individual exercises for health benefits that can be practiced safely by anyone of any age. Qigong allows you to take control of your own health! Must be registered to attend.
