Once Upon A Garden
Each session is inspired by a different classic book and features unique activities tied to the story and the season. Past and upcoming featured books include Sunflower House by Eve Bunting, Lola Plants a Garden by Anna McQuinn, Planting a Rainbow by Lois Ehlert, Miss Rumphius by Barbara Cooney, and Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert.
No advance registration required, just show up and pay at the Garden Gift Gallery window on the day of the event. Parents and guardians are free.

June: Sunflower House by Eve Bunting
· Plant a sunflower in a recycled seed starter to take home
· Learn about the Life cycle of a Sunflower
· Garden Activity: What tall plants will be discovered in the garden?
· Message: Just like sunflowers, we grow best when we have care, kindness, and sunshine!
Time: 10am to 11am
Location: Rotary Botanical Gardens, 1455 Palmer Drive, Janesville, WI
Cost: $4 per child | Parents and guardians free
