Step into a storybook garden with us.Join the New England Rose Society for our 86th Annual Rose Show, Once Upon A Bloom, now at our new location: The Gardens at Elm Bank in Wellesley, MA. It’s a full day dedicated to roses, creativity, and connecting with fellow gardeners.
Our day begins at 10:30 AM with two engaging seminars. Master Rosarian Dave Cannistraro will kick things off with “Easy Roses, Happy Gardens,” sharing practical tips to set your garden up for success. Following that, Rosemary Aldridge will explore “Structure in the Landscape,” covering everything from arbors and trellises to broader hardscape elements that elevate any garden, not just those filled with roses.
We’ll also have our annual rose sale, featuring beautiful, high-quality roses for $25 each, along with special promotions for those who sign up at the show.
Throughout the day, enjoy hands-on fun with craft stations, including flower crown making and build-your-own bouquet. Feeling creative? Take part in our fairy garden and flower crown competitions. Attendees will vote for their favorites, and the top-voted entries will win. All are welcome to participate, whether you’re entering the horticulture show or one of the creative categories.
Consulting rosarians will be available all day to answer questions, offer advice, and help you grow with confidence.
