Dit jaar vieren we ons 20-jarig bestaan, en dat doen we uiteraard het liefste met jullie erbij! In september 2004 besliste Hans Onan op 26-jarige leeftijd om een sprong in het duister te wagen: de start van Koffie Onan in de parijsstraat 28 in Leuven. En ja hoor, Hans zijn visie over koffie en thee was aanstekelijk. Niet lang hierna staken Hans en Chloé de koppen samen en breidden het bedrijf samen uit met een koffiebranderij en nog steeds diezelfde visie van kwaliteit, eerlijkheid, authenticiteit en verbondenheid: Direct Trade!
Dit was uiteraard niet mogelijk geweest zonder de steun van onze vele trouwe klanten. Op Zaterdag 28 september zijn jullie uitgenodigd om deze mijlpaal met ons te vieren! We vliegen erin om 8u met koffie en thee van het huis. Om 13u barst het feest los met bubbels, bites en live muziek! Oh en, trouwens, wij trakteren uiteraard! Mis het niet en kom langs tussen 8u en 16u30 in de parijsstra... Ja, jullie weten waar hé!
Wij kijken er alvast naar uit!

This year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary, and of course, we’d love to do that with all of you! In September 2004, at the age of 26, Hans Onan decided to take a leap into the unknown: the start of Koffie Onan at 28 Parijsstraat in Leuven. And indeed, Hans’ vision of coffee and tea was contagious. Not long after, Hans and Chloé joined forces and expanded the business with a coffee roastery, all while maintaining that same vision of quality, honesty, authenticity, and connection: Direct Trade!
Of course, this would not have been possible without the support of our many loyal customers. That's why on Saturday, September 28, you are invited to celebrate this milestone with us! We’ll kick things off at 8 AM with coffee and cake. At 1 PM, the party begins with bubbles, bites, and live music. Oh and, by the way, drinks are on us! Don’t miss it and come by between 8 AM and 4:30 PM to 28 Parijsstraat… Yes, you know where!
