Whether you have volunteered as a safety boater for MRWTA for 15 years, or you are interested in learning how you can help with on-water safety from your boat, we are asking that all in-boat safety volunteers take a 2-3 hour training and review so that we can discuss MRWTA rescue policies and to practice rescue skills. It is important that all rescuers are on the same page about what our best practices are while helping with MRWTA events.Folks who want to learn to self-rescue are also invited to join us.
You can choose from two dates: Friday, May 15th, or Sunday, May 17th, from 9-12 or 1-4pm.
